The equipment (apparatus) for high-speed plasma hard surfacing PLAZER-PL-H-80

Designed for local hardening of steel and cast iron parts. Hardening depth 2.5 — 3 mm, the width of hardened zone 25 — 35 mm, hardness and structure are defined by the technology. Installation can be completed with a microprocessor controller. Working gas: air + methane (propane-butane). Installation is completed with plasmatron in machine design and is designed to work in automated and mechanized complexes.
